  • Devise policies and procedures to implement and follow in the event of a claim.
  • Guide clients through the claims-handling process, including understanding their contractual obligations, providing notice to insurers, and documenting claims.
  • Coordinate communications and interactions between clients and insurance companies, adjusters, and third-party claims administrators.
  • Advise clients about responding to insurer coverage positions, including reservation of rights letters and coverage denials.
  • Address and resolve coverage disputes.
