Mr. Frost leads Symphony Grow, the specialty business of Symphony Risk focused on the risk management and human capital needs of the cannabis industry.
Mr. Frost is the leading risk management advisor to the legal cannabis, hemp, and CBD industries. Before joining Symphony Risk in 2021, he was Senior Vice President and U.S. Cannabis Practice Leader at HUB International.
Mr. Frost’s experience in the cannabis field presented him with many opportunities to share his expertise, including speaking at multiple conferences for the cannabis industry, including Washington CannaBusiness Association (WACA), Combined Claims Conference, Visionaries Summit and more. Mr. Frost graduated from the University of Washington. In 2020, he was awarded Broker At Large by Risk and Insurance Magazine.
