Katy is responsible for orchestrating the people and culture at Symphony Risk. With a remarkable 30-year HR and Human Capital Management career, Katy has honed her skills in crafting top-tier employee engagement, talent management, recruitment, and retention strategies.
Prior to joining Symphony Risk, Katy served as a Senior Vice President and Head of Human Resources at PICKUP. Before her position at PICKUP, Katy has served as an HR Executive for firms in the areas of Technology, Marketing, and Transportation and Logistics.
Katy graduated from Georgia Southern University with a degree in English.
