Most recently, Frank was the National Healthcare Practice Leader with Woodruff Sawyer. Frank's prior experience includes leading the Healthcare businesses of both Beecher Carlson and Aon Risk Services.

Spink brings over 25 years of healthcare brokerage and practitioner experience to Symphony Health.


Prior to joining Symphony, Spink spent 21 years with Lockton as Senior Vice President & Healthcare Practice Leader serving clients worldwide. Coupling Liz's strong brokerage expertise with her nursing background, Liz's clients understand she is fully immersed in the healthcare industry.

Client profiles include hospitals and health systems, senior living, academic medical centers, physician groups and behavioral health.

Lisa Wofford
Senior Account Manager

Wofford has been partnering with healthcare organizations for over 30 years. 

Most recently, Wofford was a Senior Account Manager with Woodruff Sawyer providing stellar service to complex healthcare clients. 

Lisa's prior experience in healthcare brokerage includes over ten years with Beecher and twenty years with AON Risk. 

Wofford takes great pride in delivering world-class service to her clients.


Steve Pelletier
Director, Symphony Health

Responsible for business development strategy and execution for Symphony Health, Steve takes special pride in bringing Symphony’s unique value and vision to market.


Steve is a seasoned professional with more than 25 years of insurance marketing, sales, and consulting experience. Prior to joining Symphony, he worked at Gallagher Bassett, Med-IQ (Coverys), The Hartford, and Mercer, where he held various client-facing roles. While experienced in a wide range of insurance lines and employee benefit solutions, his focus over the last 17 years has been exclusively in the medical professional liability marketplace.


Steve is a licensed Property and Casualty Insurance Broker with a B.A. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and an M.S. from Northwestern University.


Kristin Klug
Senior Account Manager

Prior to Symphony Health, Kris was a Senior Account Manager with Woodruff Sawyer partnering with large health systems and physician groups in need of robust stop loss and managed care solutions. 

Klug spent 20 years divided between Beecher Carlson and AON Risk.
