TJ leads Symphony Grow, the specialty business of Symphony Risk Solutions, focused on delivering innovative risk management and human capital strategies for clients in agriculture, controlled-environment operations, and other highly complex and evolving industries.
Widely recognized for his expertise in navigating challenging markets, TJ has advised clients across the agriculture, cannabis, hemp, and CBD sectors, helping organizations strengthen operations and protect enterprise value. Before joining Symphony Risk in 2021, he served as Senior Vice President and U.S. Cannabis Practice Leader at HUB International, where he built one of the industry’s first dedicated practices for emerging and non-traditional markets.
A two-time Risk & Insurance Power Broker Award recipient—Broker at Large (2020) and Agriculture (2025)— TJ is a frequent speaker at national conferences including the Combined Claims Conference, Visionaries Summit, and Insurance Journal’s Insuring Summit’s .
