Shelley Wong
Senior Principal, Symphony Commerce
As Senior Principal and leader of Symphony Commerce, Ms. Wong manages risk management, brokerage, placement, and client service for Symphony clients across multiple industries, including technology, manufacturing, transportation, business services, and consumer products. Her responsibilities include day-to-day client account management, creation, development, and implementation of insurance programs, supporting new business initiatives and managing overall client satisfaction.
Previously, Shelley was a Senior Account Executive at Equity Risk Partners, which focused on the insurance programs of private equity firms and their portfolio companies.
Ms. Wong earned a Bachelor of Arts in English with a minor in Japanese from the University of San Francisco.
