Paul Perlite
Managing Director, Symphony Build
As Managing Director, Symphony Build, Mr. Perlite leads the specialty business of Symphony Risk focused on the insurance needs of real estate development, construction, and related businesses.
Mr. Perlite has over 22 years of insurance experience specializing in Commercial Real Estate and Service Industries. Prior to joining Symphony Risk, he held senior executive roles at MOC Insurance Services, including overseeing the company’s Real Estate, Commercial and Claims divisions. He focused on managing client risk, providing contract review and served as an advocate during the claims process.
Mr. Perlite began his insurance career working at Nationwide Insurance Company in its Property Claims Department. During that time, he managed teams of adjusters handling large property claims in California, including Catastrophe duty in San Diego during the infamous 1994 Wildfires.
Mr. Perlite earned a bachelor’s degree in History and Political Science from St. Mary’s College of California. He holds Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) and Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) designations as well as an Associate in Claims.
