As a corporate attorney, Max Cardin specialized in mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and strategic corporate transactions. Formerly a Senior Associate at Hogan Lovells LLP in Baltimore, MD, Max represented public and private companies in sophisticated corporate matters, including investments, partnerships, and acquisitions. Previously, he honed his expertise at Goodwin Procter LLP in Washington, DC and Paul Hastings LLP in Chicago, IL, where he managed complex transactions and provided comprehensive corporate counseling.
Dedicated to service, Max maintains an active pro bono practice and is involved in several charitable organizations. His civic engagement earned him the Volunteer of the Year Award from Legal Aid Chicago in 2020. With a commercial mindset and a creative approach, Max helps his clients navigate and solve their toughest challenges.
Max holds a Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law, and an MBA from Johns Hopkins Carey Business School. He also earned a Bachelor of Arts in Middle Eastern Studies from The George Washington University.
