Keith Wilson
Principal, Symphony Transact
Keith Wilson joined Symphony Transact in May 2024 as Principal. Keith focuses on addressing the risk and human capital needs of middle-market and “lower Fortune 500” businesses, private equity firms, alternative asset managers, corporate executives, and high-net-worth families.
Before joining Symphony Risk Solutions, Keith spent nearly four years at Risk Strategies Company. He started as a Senior Vice President in September 2020 and was later promoted to Managing Director in October 2023. During his tenure, he played a pivotal role in the Private Equity Practice, providing pre-transaction due diligence, transactional insurance, and portfolio services.
Prior to his time at Risk Strategies, Keith was Vice President at Securitas Insurance Partners, LLC, from January 2017 to August 2020. Earlier in his career, Keith worked as an Audit Senior Associate at Deloitte & Touche LLP from January 2015 to December 2016.
Keith holds a Master’s degree in Accounting and Professional Consulting from Villanova University and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Widener University.
