With over 20 years of industry experience and a strong foundation in client development, operations, and risk strategy, April works closely with her team to ensure clients receive practical, forward-thinking support as their businesses grow and evolve.
Before joining Symphony, April served as Director of Agency Development at CoVerica Agency Alliance, where she led a sales team focused on driving growth across a broad network of independent insurance agencies. Her career spans roles in client service, sales, consulting, leadership, book management, and alternative risk transfer. She earned her Certified Risk Manager (CRM) designation in 2022.
