Principal, Symphony Transact
Will advises private equity firms, family offices, and independent sponsors on insurance, employee benefits, and transaction-related risk. Prior to joining Symphony, he was a Partner at USI Insurance Services, where he helped build the firm’s Private Equity and Transaction Advisory practice and advised investors and portfolio companies on insurance and benefits due diligence, portfolio risk management, and complex commercial insurance matters.
Earlier in his career, Will worked with middle-market and large employers on technology-enabled business transformation, with a particular focus on post-transaction integration of people, systems, and processes. He also held advisory roles supporting enterprise clients on cybersecurity and technology-related initiatives.
Will is a graduate of the University of South Carolina and is involved with several nonprofit organizations around Charlotte. His community involvement has included The First Tee of Greater Charlotte, Unlocked, Bee Mighty, and Young Life.
