Michael Marcon

Michael Marcon is the founder and CEO of Symphony Risk Solutions and leads Symphony Transact, the specialty business focused on providing insurance due diligence, risk management services, and employee benefit consulting to private equity firms and their portfolio companies.
He is the former founder, chairman, and CEO of Equity Risk Partners, the first global, full-service brokerage business exclusively focused on providing insurance due diligence, risk management advisory, and employee benefits consulting services to private equity firms and their portfolio companies. Mr. Marcon has led or managed more than 4000 transactions over the past 30 years.
Prior to Equity Risk, Mr. Marcon was Executive Vice President at Aon where he held a global leadership role and was one of the architects of Aon’s Mergers and Acquisitions Group.
Michael Marcon has a BA in Economics from Ursinus College and an MBA in Finance from Drexel University.
